Our boutique studio, located in-between New Malden and Kingston (South-West London / Surrey), offers a purpose-built stage with rehearsal space.
We are fully equipped with high quality Yamaha PA monitoring, full backline, and options to hire additional instruments.
We also have LED mood lighting, and an option for a spotlight to be turned on from our balcony, giving you the real feeling of a gig!

As we are a recording studio with rehearsal space, our insurance policy requires us to electronically take a copy of ID (drivers license or passport), and proof of address (dated within the last 3 months).
Once we receive this, we can then confirm the booking.
Rehearsal booking rates include use of the stage with full backline + PA system only.
Our studio console / recording equipment, as well as upstairs area, is not included with the rehearsal rate booking.
We are located in Kingspark Business Centre. There is on-site paid parking, which must be paid via an app.
It is 20 minutes free, so you can drive right in and unload equipment to the back door of our corridor, which is a few small steps to our ground floor unit.
There is free parking after 6.30pm on the approaching road (Dunbar Road). There is also free parking on near by street (Springfield Place).
We operate a hotel “mini-bar” style food and drink system. Our fridge will be stocked with food and snacks, with prices listed above.
We will add on what you take to the bill, just like a hotel!
We will require a 50% payment cancellation fee, for any rehearsal tine cancelled within 7 days of booking.
